Firewall Chatbot – New Possibilities in Technical Support

LANCOM is also enhancing its digital assistants. The chatbot for Unified Firewalls has gained a new feature called “Configuration & Troubleshooting”, which provides users with fast, contextual answers to technical questions based on LANCOM’s documentation and knowledge base.

The bot is available 24/7 on the manufacturer’s website. Although still in beta, it already serves as a valuable support tool for administrators.
