You can decide to conclude an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) with Kappa Data, which is the easy way to return defective products for replacement or repair. This does depend on you having correct, active licences that were purchased from Kappa Data.
If you have not concluded an RMA, or do you don’t have the correct licences, you can only contact the manufacturer directly.
Please note: That the package may only be returned once you have received confirmation (via e-mail) from Kappa Data with an RMA number.
