Managing Assistant

POSITION PURPOSE

Your goal is to ensure the company’s financial and operational stability through timely invoicing, receivables control, and consistent follow-up on agreed actions, so that the Country Manager can focus on sales and business development.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance and cash flow

  • Issuing sales invoices based on approved offers in the CRM system
  • Overseeing the timely dispatch of invoices
  • Monitoring receivables and actively following up on payments
  • Cooperating with the accounting office and ensuring timely delivery of documents
  • Supporting the monthly financial closing process
  • Banking administration and cash flow monitoring
  • Taking responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing processes

The scope of responsibility includes the operational management of financial flows, without responsibility for pricing or margin strategy.

Organization and execution of follow-ups

  • Managing the Country Manager’s calendar
  • Participating in selected business meetings
  • Preparing meeting notes and summaries
  • Monitoring the implementation of agreed actions and deadlines
  • Maintaining order in documents and information flow
  • Supporting the organization and improvement of office processes

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in finance, administration, or controlling
  • Understands the importance of financial liquidity in a trading company
  • Works in a structured, accurate, and timely manner
  • Likes order, checklists, and clear processes
  • Is responsible and does not postpone tasks
  • Values stability and long-term cooperation
  • Can communicate clearly in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Is trustworthy and able to work with confidential data
  • Holds a valid category B driving licence
  • Has very good command of Microsoft 365, especially Office

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a trading or distribution company
  • Experience working with an accounting office

Who we are looking for

  • A communicative person who enjoys customer contact and is comfortable using the phone
  • Someone accurate, organized, and focused on results and service quality
  • A person interested in IT (Cyber Security / IoT / Networks) or willing to grow in this field
  • Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in IT distribution or channel sales is a strong advantage

Account Manager

Your role
You will be the face of Kappa Data in Poland: meeting with resellers, customers, and vendors, growing the partner network, building pipeline, and closing deals. The role includes regular travel across Poland and representing the company at industry events.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring new partners and growing sales with existing resellers
  • Managing the sales funnel and following up on opportunities
  • Delivering on sales targets
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Working closely with vendors and the Internal Sales team
  • Participating in conferences, partner days, and vendor events

Who we are looking for

  • A person with strong sales and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Poland
  • Experience in IT distribution or channel sales is welcome
  • Knowledge of the reseller market in Poland is a strong advantage
  • Fluent Polish and very good English
