Presales:
Are you a Kappa Data partner looking for support with preparing BOMs or network diagrams? Need an extra hand during a client visit? Or maybe assistance with tenders or a presenter for your customer event?
All of that can be handled by our presales team.
Technical Support:
Our support doesn’t stop at the point of sale. Our technical support team will help you with installation and is available for any technical questions that arise. The team also conducts on-site surveys — for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
This knowledge isn’t reserved only for Kappa Data staff.
We aim to equip every partner with the skills and expertise needed to independently manage their own projects.
The same technical team is also responsible for organizing both official and custom training sessions. Years of experience bring real value when it comes to sharing knowledge — and that’s why Kappa Data takes pride in the quality of its training courses.
